I called them out to pump our septic tank. After all there were offering it for $195.00 ONLINE. I scheduled an appointment and also called several other companies and they warned me this was a bait and switch tactic. They would not even think of pumping a tank for $195.00. So I decided to still have them come out and if they started to sell me on upcharges I would just simply ask them to leave and decline service. So they showed up app. 2 hrs later,located the tank,and proceded to dig up the tank. They pumped it out and explained how the system worked. They also said we should plan on getting a new back baffle tee replaced and suggested we get other estimates and call them back when we see how much we would save using them.
