I've been doing pilates with Carrie for over two years now, the first of which was spent building strength to recover from a back injury and the second of which she saw me through thick and thin - nine months of pregnancy and beyond. She is always careful to modify exercises that may cause me pain or those that become unsafe during pregnancy - all the while keeping me focused and challenged and ultimately stronger and healthier. I couldn't dream up a better way to workout during a long winter of pregnancy than Carrie's in-home privates which are both convenient and forgiving - on more than one occasion she held my 3 year-old son in her arms while I rolled like a ball (with a ball) with two boston terriers looking on eager to jump into the mix. Needless to say we have had some really great laughs through it all. I can't recommend her services highly enough.
