Not one, not twice, but three times in a row, they screwed up the order. Even after specifically telling them not to screw the order, they did it again! I ordered Panner tikka masala, and got Chicken Tikka masala. When I called them and told them they made a mistake, the owner, was adamant on the claim that they never gave chicken tikka masala!. When I told them that i can message them the picture of what I was about to it, the manager gave a nasty response and told me to calm down! Talk about unprofessionalism! They also failed to put back the charge on my credit card. \r

I will not recommend Guru. Try Royal India, or Copper Chimney instead if you want to get best return of your money spent!
