Cantrell recently replaced our A/C and furnace with a new Amana system. Working with Cantrell staff was like a breath of fresh air after working with our previous heat/air company. Randy, Brian, and Jeff were all very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, conscientious, and customer-focused, as were all the office and tech staff. They responded to our request for quote and other phone questions very promptly, and they checked on us after the installation to see if we were happy with the work. To their special credit, they debugged and fixed a damper problem that we had had previous trouble with for years. This was not even part of their installation, but they looked into after their installation and fixed it for us at no charge. They put in an extra vent for us in one room, and would remove their shoes before walking across our hardwood floors.
