one small problem and it's happened before so that's why i'm mentioning it - when i call at night, after normal hours, to schedule service for the next day, the order got mixed up - i thought we were scheduled for the morning; when i called mid-morning, records showed our appointment was for the afternoon. i recall another similar incident a while back - may want to verify after-hour call details to what's actually scheduled.
