I was scheduled to receive service after 12 noon. Confirmation call the day prior to my SCHEDULED service appointment I asked the customer service person who called if there was any chance that the technician could come earlier and she said NO. So I was NOT delighted when I got a call at 9:43am that the technician had come by my house and left. When I returned his call at 10:10am I told him that I was scheduled for after 12 noon and he said he'd come back and NEVER returned. Since my air conditioner had been out since Sunday and our scheduled appointment was Wednesday after 12 noon and it had been 100+ degrees each of those days I wasn't going to wait for Frymire to get their act together so I could be rescheduled for another NO show during times that customer service set.
