Used Frymire before with good results. This time, tech did not do much. He meas line temps, chk freon level, chk filter, outside condenser coils and duct temps. He then said I need new unit. My unit too old (only 12 yrs). Thats all. He did not do any in-depth diags (such as meas compressor draw) to determine why my system not operating per its design. Last time, 2 yrs old, the other tech did full diags, leak chk and vac test finding water in freon line. Just b/c we live in Plano, does not mean we can spring for new system, ditching an older system that I think is fixable. Wasted money this time.
