I'm going to tell you my story about this company. I went into their shop to buy a lamp for my tv which I did but there was another women in there that brought her lamp in and was going to buy another. She also brought in a new lamp that someone had given her but they had a house fire and they gave it to her. The woman at the counter found out that they were the same lamp and the gentleman in the back changed the lamps out of the housings for free. We both waited for our lamps to get replaced out of the housings so that is why I know her story.
