I placed a deposit with Fence Masters to have a vinyl picket fence installed in my backyard. I gave the salesman a $2,000 deposit and set a date to have the fence installed. There was a 4-5 week wait which I was fine with. Three days after I made the deposit the utility company came out and flagged/sprayed the yard. This should have been my first sign of bad service. I called my salesman asking why this was done so early, the grass will grow out and it will have to be done again. He didn't have a decent answer. I told him this has to be redone before any digging is done. Three weeks later I get a call stating that the fence will be installed in two days. I tell the person on the phone that the marking need to be redone. He responded with frustration and a horrible attitude, he threatened to refund my money. I told him to go ahead and do it. Then the owner calls, I tell him my situation only to get receive more attitude. I ultimately got my money back. The lack of organization and professionalism makes me so happy that they didn't install my fence or get any of my money. STAY AWAY FROM FENCE MASTERS!!!
