We used to take our cars to the Dealers but no more. I like supporting my local businesses and the people at Kniesel's listen and thoroughly explain the service needs. The Dealer recommended additional services which I found the car didn't need. I trust Kniesel's to be straight with me and now bring two of our cars here (the other has to be serviced at the dealer or I would bring it too). Plus it's a nice place to wait, with a quiet waiting room.
