My husband and I recognized that we had a waterpump going out so we did an earlybird drop off...matt was prompt to call us the next mornIng to let us know he received our order to check it...they did the test and told us we were right and then fixed it and let us know we should probably do the serpentiel belt as well...and the cost was not that much more since they were already in the area. We had our truck back by the end of the day. When we went to pick up our truck, Matt was very courteous and walked me out to my truck...to my surprised they had washed it too, so it not only runs great but looked great too! Thank you kneisels!
