Management skills from manager ("Cash") are evident he does not know how to run a business. He treats his employees like slaves with no respect. I have heard he makes his employees pay around $10 to get their checks early. The manager also comes in to work very moody and will go into his office to sleep when something goes the way he doesn't like, its too hot, or its too cold. There are times he stays in his office for hours just sleeping. He threatens to fire you nearly every week just because you do one thing wrong. He's too lazy to even wash his own car at the business he runs, and has to make someone else do it. Also he is too lazy to walk 100 yards to the gas station or even the pizza hut that is right next door for a simple drink, cigs, or food. There is also this deal he will cut with you to either leave early or take a couple days off where you have to pay him $5-$20 dollars sometimes to get off. We also had these daily required shifts for running the vacuums/the back for no more than 2 hours a person, he would have his select few who stayed in the back more often than others while some people up front would stay up front all day. That is not one of the bigger issues, but I was trying to cover all the corruptness in the management and enviroment of this business. You can pay him to do anything, hint his name "CASH".BEWARE OF DRUG ACTIVITY ALSO. This is not a business I would let my high school child or loved one work at. VERY CORRUPT.
