After getting the good old run-around at a couple of the "other" VW stores/dealerships in the area (not to mention names), I emailed in to Strong's VW and got connected up with Eric, who's the best sales guy I've ever met! He had a Touareg himself, and so he understood exactly what I was looking for and didn't try and "push" me into the wrong rig. He gets my thumbs-up! A great experience at strong's - recommended!!!!
