I share a garage with another unit and accidentally wiped out the code on both our garage opener remote controls. I called Eric at Crystal Overhead Door and he graciously walked me through reprogramming the remote controls on the phone. I wasn't even a customer but he was willing to help me. I'll use Crystal Door if I ever need help with a garage door!
