Very friendly and very fast. Think it took about 30mins total and the price was good. Just handed over the keys sat around and talked with the guys a few mins and my car was done. Didn't try to push me to buy the expensive stuff they simply gave me what I asked for. The car is a 5 series BMW no issues with antenna.
