Ripley's has been in business for YEARS. I have a very hard time believing any negative review is based on fact. Tom Ripley would never take advantage of any person by overcharging. My guess is that if you ask enough questions any derogatory claim has a reasonable explanation and more than likely, the customer misunderstood something along the way. I don't think these parts quoted were in fact the same exact part. One should make sure they have their facts straight before possibly damaging the reputation of a reputable business
