My husband and I had a bad experience at this vet. At first, things seemed great. The staff at the front desk are very friendly. We took our cat back to see the vet and the first thing he did was yell at us, claiming we had waited far too long to bring our cat in. Long story short, we'd only had the cat a month, we got him from the Cat House, and the next thing we knew Dr. Otto had scheduled him for an eye surgery. The surgery did nothing for his leaky eye, and upon taking him to another vet, we discovered that surgery should never have been performed. He has allergies, end of story. Thank you so much for belittling us and making us feel bad, and then topping it off by making us pay for an expensive surgery that wasn't needed in the first place.
