Unfortunately, my regular stylist was out of the salon because of paper work issues. But Karen stepped in and did a great job on my hair. My disappointment came when I was sitting in the processing area and was met by of family of 5, with the father joining them later. They were loud and disruptive, which took away from the calming and relaxing atmosphere that I've come to enjoy at the salon.
