I am very pleased with my hair. Kadia did a great job and was exactly what I wanted. I showed up on time for my appointment, but wasn't taken up for at least 15 minutes, with no apologies. Then checking out, the front desk reception was rude and unhelpful in getting me an appointment that would fit my needs. Further I was charged for long hair and I clearly have medium length hair, but it wouldn't be changed. Overall, I felt that the process of doing my hair was easy and great, but the service at front desk was bad.
