We own a Hot Springs Grandee which we purchased from another dealer. We have purchased some parts from Cal Home Spas and have found the sales people to be informed and friendly. They have also price-matched a lower price we found elsewhere.
Today, the owner spent much of the morning on the phone with us trying to troubleshoot and fix a problem we are currently having with the spa so that we could avoid the cost of a service call. Unfortunately, we weren’t successful, but the owner gets a 5 Star Rating for “above and beyond” customer service (especially because another company will be performing the actual service).
