This has been an extremely difficult place to make an appointment with. They don't seem to have a receptionist and phone messages aren't always returned in a timely manner. I have a gift certificate and as soon as it is used up, I will never return. The pedicure polish hasn't lasted as long as it has at other places and they seem to be over-priced. One manicurist just up and quit do to lack of payment and now it's hard to get an appointment for two of us at the same time. Instead of two of us having a manicure at the same time, we have to go one after the other.
