Called and had them come out due to the dryer not heating. I had no issue at all with their service charge. But the part was $128...but the same part new from Amazon/Sears/appliance parts stores is $18. Called and the receptionist told me that they barely make anything on hte part and the extra is to cover the cost of the reapir guy to come out, his truck, and the warranty. I'm sorry, but an extra $110 for this is a bit ridiculous. I started out nice but she didn't seem to care about my opinion and concerns. So please be VERY CAREFUL when dealing with them and watch their part costs.
