Unfortunately this office of The Maids over promises and under delivers. The First clean was great, but everything went down hill very quickly after that. The owners are non responsive, to emails and phone calls. Even though they promise to try to get the same team or team leaders to your house it never happened for us. They also promise a 22 step detailed clean our experience was that they only did that the first clean. During subsequent cleans they did not hand wash the entire bathroom floor, or kitchen floor, they did not dust every item, they did not clean kitchen window, patio doors or entry windows etc. I would NOT recommend using The Maids.
