I stopped in on Saturday at 10am and was taken right in and done in less than 20 mins. I like the way the service techs bring you the keys directly vice leaving them with the cash window like other places do. You get to talk with the service tech directly about other things you may want done in the future. Pritchards has always provided outstanding service for all my family cars.
