Just deleted formerly great review written. Now awful, losing all our business....
Used to really like them, but have gone down hill, & recently they scammed me and had poor service. Upgraded by $10 to get a free soccer shirt then told unless I paid even more, still had to pay another $5 shipping.
Only learned this after bringing a second car in for work too. Didn't bring the 3rd then.
Also, they didn't give me the sticker on car 2 with the mileage, and allowed two cars getting fluids topped off to block me in. And the one thing I did need, a brake light, was not in stock.
And yes, the yelling steps out was annoying, and they didn't listen to my refusal to have incremental services added.
