I have been going to Custom Fitness Concepts for about five months and I love it! It has just been very easy, easy to join and easy to find a location. My instructor, Tom, has been very motivational and made this a really good experience. Before, I was just going to the gym and I can't stand going to the gym! It's boring. Tom keeps the class new and different. I look forward to going to class and go about four to five times a week! I've been very consistent in going.
