I just used Service Specialties for the first time, at the recommendation of a friend. I called them after a bad experience with another company, who couldn't fix my old unit and wouldn't discount the service trip fees from the cost of a new unit. I'm glad I ended up with Service Specialties. They were able to provide a quote right away, and had the new unit installed and running by then end of the day.
Everyone with Service Specialties was extremely professional. They showed up on time, were very polite, and got right to work. Once I made a decision about where I wanted to go, they finished the job without delay. Though no one wants to hear that their air conditioner is beyond repair, Service Specialties were very honest about the situation, and offered me a new unit at an excellent value. I definitely recommend them, and will continue to use them, myself.
