Wow, I'm surprised there hasn't been a review written. OK, the inside staff are great, 4 star great, but the lawn mower repair staff are ZERO. Took my lawn mower in for service and was told 2 weeks. 30 days later, still getting told at least 2 more weeks so I took my lawn mower back. During the last 30 days I attempted phone calls and either no answer of the ringing phone or some one would just lift the phone up and then hang up. Going in person to check and no one there (it's located under the store), just rows & rows of equipment to be repaired. When I asked for the lawn mower back, the clerk tried to tell me that they (Bates) had only had the lawn mower for 2 weeks instead of the 30 days of record ! Oh, the same clerk said that Commercial Customers are taken care of first.
