I was given a window from 9-11 am. At almost 11 am, I was informed my local roto rooter plumber was not available so they would send one from Hartford CT. Eddie Ruiz came to my home and my clogged sewer drain was fixed in no time. Quick, knowledgeable and professional. Great experience, and I'd highly recommend them. I will ask for him by name next time I need a plumber!
