I previously had a contract with Green pest control of Denver for quarterly sprayings for less then $70 per quarter. It was acquired by Terminix shortly thereafter. In April they came to do a service and charged me $105.\r \r I contacted customer service and spoke to two different agents, one at the local Denver office, who told me that they have to refer me to the central office. The second agent at the central office said that the local office will need to make any determinations of my case and will contact me. No one ever followed up. I tried multiple attempts to file a service inquiry via the Terminix website and never received a reply. \r \r In summary, I have no negative comments about the quality of their pest control, however Terminix customer service is somewhere between nonexistent and hostile. more
