The physicians are great but the staff is HORRIBLY RUDE. Wendy, the front office manager, is one of the most unpleasant individuals that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, and I have been working in the customer service industry for 15 years. The ENTIRE office staff follows her bad example. They roll their eyes at you, huff and puff for simple requests, will laugh in the phone when you ask a simple question. It's really too bad, because the physicians are excellent and truly care about the patients. But dealing with the office staff makes the experience horrible. Find another pediatrician's office, one that actually cares enough to smile and provide basic levels of customer service.
