When my hot water heater wouln't stay lit an internet search came up with several plumber listings. I chose Roto-Rooter because I recognized their name and have seen their vans around the Cleveland area many times. It was 8:30 p.m. when I called and advised that I needed/wanted a new hot water heater. As promised, Floy the plumber arrived within an hour. Floy quickly assessed the situation, gave me the pricing and with my approval went to work removing and installing the new unit. It was a tight fit with little room to work but Floy was professional and never lost his cool. Roto-Rooter's service was exceptional and I would highly recommend them and, of course, I will use them again when the need arises!
