I recently visited this spa and thought the services were adequate until I was paying. The spa charged me for package upgrade although it was not the package I booked. I informed them that was not the service I requested. The only response the manager gave was that she would tell her people to make sure in the future that a change in services was adequately discussed. Although I explained that no change in service was ever discussed in any manner she said she would still have to charge me. She also could not explain the difference in packages other that extra stones were used in the massage which resulted in an additional $40. I asked her to check with the person who said there was a change in services but she said she couldn't be interrupted. I will never return and suggest unless you don't mind paying for services you don't receive you should explore other spas in the area.
