Unfortunately, I initially had another carpet cleaning company that was highly recommended clean my carpet. It was a disaster! Not only was the carpet not clean, they damaged several things in the house and I have to file an insurance claim. Thankfully, Joshua from ChemDry came out and was very helpful in re-cleaning my carpet. He also provided the professional viewpoint and documentation I needed to put in the insurance claim against the other carpet cleaning company.
