The answering service and the young ladies that scheduled and confirmed the appointment were excellent. Carl the tech shows up on time (between 2-5) and before he starts working he tells me I am being charged overtime as opposed to regular time. I said I wasn't aware of that when the appointment was made. He then says it doesn't say overtime on the order and he will charge me regular time. The next day Larry calls and first wants to talk money and proceeds to tell me that Carl did a great job and he heard the whole thing because Carl had us on speaker phone.
