The answering service and the young ladies that scheduled and confirmed the appointment were excellent. Carl the tech shows up on time (between 2-5) and before he starts working he tells me I am being charged overtime as opposed to regular time. I said I wasn't aware of that when the appointment was made. He then says it doesn't say overtime on the order and he will charge me regular time. He can't find anything wrong except the back side of the condenser unit could use a rinse. He tightens up a yellow wire in the thermostat that wasn't loose and proceeds to charge me $90. Carl was at my house for less than 20 minutes. He spent more time in the van parked outside my house afterward. I phoned Larry (the owner) says ""No Charge"". Well, I got what I paid for my unit is still not working properly. The next day Larry calls and first wants to talk money and proceeds to tell me that Carl did a great job and he heard the whole thing because Carl had us on speaker phone. So I say then you also know he told me to rinse it off. Larry said,""Well he would have to charge you for that."" At the time I was being charged I was not charged after I phoned and said ""you better hope it more
