I have been going here for over a year and my last experience there this week will be my LAST. I had trouble using the advertised ""Free Wifi"" and when I inquired with both the attendent and then the owner/manager I was given the ""your problem not ours"" attitude. Also, the need to pay $3. for a plastic re-loadable cash-card as the ONLY way to pay for wash and dry machines falls way short of any member benefits ""like Costco"" that was promoted to me. And it is nothing more than a scheme to get the customer to pay for the new ""quarter-less"" system that does not take debit or credit cards (plastic) in order to re-load the Laundry plastic card. ( What a shame! ) Then after seeing the owner/manager buy back a laundry plastic card from another customer and then decline my own request, I have no desire to do any business there again.
