i have been bringing my car here for service for a few years. I have never been treated rudely by anyone. I don't know if their prices are the cheapest compared to others but it's close to where I work and the work is done in a timely manner.
One time I had a part replaced (I think it was some sort of belt tensioner) and then four months later they told me I needed the same part replaced. When I informed them that the part had been replaced four months earlier, they said that they would check up on it. Later on I got a call and they said that the part was under warranty and they would replace it for free.
A buddy of mine who is quite the cynic likes to point out that I've got no way to verify what I'm being told but my car still runs well after 8.5 years and 172K miles so I'll keep on bringing my car back here.
