I'd been living in this property for about 3 yrs. I was very busy with babies, and skipped the walk thru inspection when I was leaving the property, then they charged me about $1400 for maintenance cost right after we left. I was sooo shocked because I never used the property badly, destoy, or make any cut or worst tear on carpet or anything! The property already had very old and black dirty carpet before we even moved in.. I'm preparring small claim right now because we couldn't make any negotiation.
The people working in leasing office were very kind but for such issues we have to talk to head office directly and they are very unkind. There was only one single person working for 'ALL' billing sissues and this one person has to deal with all thousands of units so you can't expect more.
