TERRIBLE. Instead of being a dent, now the vehicle has a bump. Paint does not match, ""Jim"" tried to give a technical explanation as to why paint didn't blend. In reality, he did low-quality quick work and should have taken his time. Did not wet sand the repair, therefore the paint looks like an ""orange peel."" Overall, repair was very cheap. When dissatisfied with work, Jim became infuriated and was extremely rude. He demeaned the vehicle saying its 10 years old, I shouldn't care. If you want a technician who doesn't think you should care about your vehicle, see Jim. If you want your vehicle to look like it should after a repair, DO NOT GO TO DENT MEDIC!
