Worst customer service ever. Called them twice to pick up my dry cleaning and they never came. The first time they came they refused to pick up the bag because it wasn't one of theirs - it was our first time using them, of course the bag wasn't one of theirs! Three days later my doorman told me what happened. I called them again, the guy was sorry and promised he'd pick it up that day. 2 days later, it was still in our lobby waiting to be picked up. I called them back a third time and was told they'd pick it up that day but couldn't promise when I'd have the clothes back. Go somewhere else - these people are rude and useless and totally unprofessional. Pure CRAP. Find somewhere else.
