Carlo arrived at the stated time and began work shortly thereafter. He did a great job on making our eleven year old carpet look almost new in the heavy traffic areas. Much better than I expected.
Carlo is a hard worker and very meticulous. On the heavy traffic areas, he went over those areas multiple times. Since no water is used, the carpet was ready for immediate use.
