Carpet DryClean was able to come out within two days of my phone call--that was quick! The technician ""Elmer"" was polite and attentive to my concerns about old dog stains. After a test-spot, i was happy to have him complete the job. My rugs look great and smell clean! I would definitely call Carpet DryClean again.
