Preston informed me of the process exactly as Vance performed the work. Timely, thorough, courteous and informative. Thanks to Vance for hanging in there and getting the high traffic spots cleaned. Had these carpets cleaned several months ago and it was hardly worth the effort let alone the cost. They are far and above cleaner than before. I'll be back. Love the dry process.
