I called Boston Decorative Hardware to send me a locksmith to come a replace a lock. Bob came to take a look and said he will order a new lock that will arrive in about a week. I tried following up two weeks later since I didn't hear from them and here we are 6 weeks later and after numerous calls Bob never got back to me. there is Luke on the desk a very nice person that the only response he had is ""I will leave a massage for Bob""
Apparently Bob is the owner so if he is not responsive who else will be.
I have bought decorative hardware there before and they were nice just don't use then as locksmiths.
