AccuServ saved my bacon again! On Wednesday 07-13-11 my computer greeted me with the dreaded UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_DRIVE blue screen. I called AccuServ in Mission, Kansas, since I'd had very good service from them before. They offered same day service and local pickup. The local pickup saved a lot of time and driving, and since I'm disabled, that was extremely helpful. They charge a very reasonable fee for same day service. They found a rootkit virus which had shut my computer down. If you don't know what a rootkit is, count your blessings! It is one of the most difficult viruses to get rid of there is. They got it cleaned out and had it done in one day. The price was very reasonable, the service great, and the people highly professional. I will use them again, and recommend them highly. I cannot say enough good things about them.
