Went to have dinner my spouse and our 4 year old son. We were greeted by a very nice lady who sat us next to another family with a little girl. We waited for a server to tae our drink order and nobody ever came but the table next to us was getting lots of attention. after a long wait my son started getting restless and we asked for a manager as the server came by our table. She said certainly but decided to walk to a table with nobody at is and pill up the ketchup. Then she did go get a manager who had a bunch of balloons in her hand and decided that it would be better to visit the family that had their food instead of the one that was upset and ignored. I can say 100% I will not be back and will tall everyone I can about this experience.
