I had several fillings completed and was told twice, and had to acknowledge twice by signing twice, what my charges would be after insurance. When insurance paid nothing, I found that the office had used materials that are not covered by insurance! Vardeman's staff never asked me nor warned me that certain materials on certain teeth were not covered. It was entirely their mistake, yet Vardeman would not accept one nickel of responsibility for the mistake! Then they had the audacity to add service charges because THEY never returned my calls regarding THEIR mistake! Do NOT get caught in their web of incompetence! From prior reviews, I don't see how they can maintain a business. Don't go there!\r

They also handed me a ""treatment plan"" for over $4000, and I have always seen a great dentist regularly. I did NOT need that kind of work!
