I went to Henrys last night for there late night happy hour. There food is fantastic and until last night i've always had very friendly and personable servers. As a fellow server myself I am no stranger to working in customer service and I was VERY disppointed in the server I had last night. Her greeting and demeanor were very cold and she acted very bothered when my friend asked questions about the beer menu. She even ignored us when we tried to get her attention, she looked straight at us and pretending not to see us. Her service was dismal as was her personality. Usually the service at Henry's is wonderful but it seems that their hiring policies have changed. If you get Sara R. ask to be moved to another servers section unless you want to go through the same unpleasant meal experience I did.
