Our Rav4 was damaged after hitting a deer on I-80 last month. Not having had an work done in Denver, our dealership had recommended Mattocks Brothers which is where we ended up having it towed. I can honestly say that the customer service there was outstanding. One of their employees even waited an hour after closing for us to arrive with the tow truck. He calmed all of our fears instantly being extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions (big or small) that we had.
I plan on referring Mattocks Brothers to any friends/family in the future. Taking your car into the shop can be a very scary thing, but we felt at ease in their hands. The car came out looking and running like new, and I'm thankful for the extra mile that each of their employees went for us!
