We have 12 year old carpets and 2 small children. Lots of small stains and dirty heavy traffic areas. Andrew did a great job. I'm impressed with how much better it looks! And we feel better knowing how much dirt and dust is gone now. Obviously, with 12 year old carpet, it's not going to be completely perfect, but I certainly think Andrew did everything he could. Andrew was efficient and straightforward and we will definitely use his service again.
